What we provide		· Campbell Road is a four person Celtic band, playing primarily traditional Irish and Scottish music. If this is not the type of music you want for your wedding, reception, or other event, please don't hire us. For instance, we are not a contradance band, a rock band, or a chamber music quartet. With sufficient advance notice, we will attempt to learn special requests.			Recordings

					About the Band
		· Campbell Road owns a small PA system. We use this primarily to balance the volumes of our instruments and provide some amplification. We are happy to let our PA be used for announcements, but we do not loan the use of our instruments.			Contact Campbell Road

Rates		· Our rates vary depending on the type of event, whether we are providing our own sound system, extra travel costs, etc. Please contact the band for an estimate.
		· We will make every effort to provide an accurate estimate when we are hired. Please be aware that the accuracy of our estimate is limited by the accuracy of the information you give us about what you want. If we need to do more at the event than we were initially told, we may increase our rate.
Deposit		· A deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost is due at least two weeks prior to the event, with the balance due at the completion of the event, unless other arrangements have been made. If the event is canceled with less than 1 week notice, Campbell Road keeps the full deposit. If the event is canceled with less than 2 weeks notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Other requirements		· If the event spans a meal time, Campbell Road needs to be given a break to eat, and food must be provided.
		· If the event is held more than one hour's drive from either Mt. Vernon or Peshastin and ends after 10 pm, lodging needs to be provided.
		· If the event is being held outdoors, we need shelter from rain and hot, direct sunlight that might damage our instruments.
		· We need to be located reasonably close to a grounded electrical outlet.
		· Above all, we need clear instructions on what you want. If our music needs to be coordinated with what is happening in your event (e.g., playing during dinner, then stopping for toasts), please have one person in charge of notifying us when to stop and start.
